ICSB 2005, with support from the Burroughs Wellcome Fund, will offer a limited number of travel fellowships to students and postdocs working in systems biology.

• Fellowships will provide up to $500 to reimburse travel expenses and registration fees
• Applications are due August 19, 2005
• Awardees will be notified by September 12, 2005


Qualifications:

• You must register for the conference to be eligible and you must be a student in a degree program (undergraduate or graduate) or a postdoctoral researcher at an accredited university or college at the time of the conference
• Priority will be given to applicants who are presenting their work at the conference
• Underrepresented minorities are encouraged to apply


Payment:

• Applicant is responsible for paying all expenses of attending the conference up front

• A one-page summary of your research interests, projects, and papers published
• A letter from your faculty advisor, indicating why you are deserving of an award, and describing any special circumstances
